Should bad weather or any reason from the owner of the cruise boat or their employees of any cruises booked thru BoatCruisesAustralia.com.au cause the cruise to be cancelled on, or prior to, the day of your booking, the boat cruise company preference is to offer you another available day. If this is not possible than the cruise company you booked thru will provide A FULL REFUND. Refunds will be made the same method as payment. The client shall have no claim on any account against BoatCruisesAustralia.com.au, its management and contractors.

Should the Client cancel their booking than the following refund applies:-
